Tango asks: can teenagers use facebook?

Facebook, of course, is used more by teenagers than anyone else. But I’m assuming you’re asking about the official rules.
Facebook’s general rule is that you have to be 13 years old, though there are certain places in the world where you have to be older. I don’t know what they are, though.
